Thirty-five years, one spit at a time
Gyro Stop is a family business. Three and a half decades in kitchens taught us the parts that matter: stack the meat properly, let it turn slowly, and carve it only when someone orders. Nothing sits under a lamp waiting.
We moved into the Antelope Valley Mall food court to bring that same kitchen to Palmdale. The tzatziki is strained in-house each morning, the falafel is fried to order, and the baklava is layered by hand.
Alongside the classics we built a few things that only exist here — the California Gyro with avocado and fries, the House Special Philly Gyro, and the Gyro Tacos that people now plan their visit around.
